Tucker-Kirby’s Own John Zambelli

Captures Wayne County’s Senior Division Title

John Zambelli found himself two strokes back of John Brashears after 36 holes of golf in the Senior Division, but found himself having to hold off Don Garris, Jr. for the title. Brashears fell out of the race, carding an 81 on the Sunday round. Zambelli carded a 69 in the final round, his second sub-par round of the tournament, to take the tournament by just three strokes over Garris, who also carded a three-under 69 on Sunday. Bill Brewer captured third place with a three-over 75 performance in the final round.
